The 4th Generation Die-Sinking EDM with AE III Technology
The NEUAR N45L is a 4th-generation die-sinking EDM built on AE III generator technology, with Adaptive Parameter Optimization (APO) for automatic current adjustment and Arcing Free Control (AFC) to protect the workpiece. Its 4-in-1 compact design combines machine body, oil tank, electrical cabinet and dielectric oil chiller, and a fully drop tank with programmable height makes it ready for automation. THK linear guides and ball screws, HEIDENHAIN 0.5μm optical scales and a thermally stabilised, oil-immersed bed deliver ±3μm accuracy and a mirror finish down to Ra 0.06μm.
